Nexeo HR is hiring Material Handlers to support warehouse and logistics operations at an industry-leading data center in Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities

Material Receiving and Inspection: Receive and inspect shipments of computer server components, networking equipment, and small parts to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.

Inventory Management: Maintain precise inventory records using software, perform routine audits, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure materials are organized and accessible.

Forklift Operation and Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, cherry pickers) to transport and store server racks, crates, and other materials within the facility.

Assembly and Preparation: Assemble small components and server racks, including power supplies, networking hardware, and cabling, while performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to blueprints.

Prepare Shipments: Pack and label materials for shipping and coordinate deliveries with vendors and teams.

Maintain a clean and organized work area & adhere to safety protocols.

Update inventory logs, track shipments, and report any issues or shortages.

Work with other teams to resolve material needs and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

MUST pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screen.

At least 2-3 years of relevant warehouse experience is required (experience in a data center environment preferred).

Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Exceptional accuracy in documenting material transactions and tracking inventory.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds or more) and perform tasks that involve prolonged standing, walking, and bending.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and vendors.

Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

Preferred: Experience operating electric forklift models, including stand-up reach, cherry picker, sit-down forklifts, or pallet jacks is a plus, but not required.

Pay

$19.50 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | 5:45am 5:00pm | Monday - Friday*Must be willing to work overtime on weekdays as needed, optional OT on Saturdays 5:45pm-2:00pm
