Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Data Center Maintenance Technician 2 to join their team. As a Data Center Maintenance Technician 2, you will be part of the Equipment and Systems Operations supporting critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Center Maintenance Technician 2
Location: Onsite - Quincy, WA
Pay Range: $26 - $29/hour
What's the Job?
Perform assigned basic tasks such as making rounds, recording building observations, and taking measurements with varying levels of supervision.
Learn to operate all systems and equipment in a safe and professional manner while understanding associated risks.
Monitor and inspect critical environment-related facility equipment for unsafe or abnormal conditions.
Utilize internal computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track equipment assets and complete maintenance work orders.
Document tasks and issues found in maintenance and troubleshooting for follow-up as needed.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
3-5 years of technical services experience in high-availability environments such as data centers or critical infrastructure.
Ability to perform various types of maintenance following standard operating procedures.
Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment and systems.
Strong documentation skills for maintenance and operational tasks.
