We are seeking a team leader to manage our Logistics Service Onsite team at a Client's Data Center campus. The role involves being the primary contact for service execution, managing client relationships, resource capacity, compliance, operational planning, and team leadership. Responsibilities include:
The role requires forecasting resources, maintaining service quality, achieving SLAs and KPIs, and representing Milestone Values & Culture. You will oversee team performance, support training, manage resource capacity, and handle client interactions. The role's focus is approximately 30% on Client Relationship Management, 50% on Operational Planning and Compliance, and 20% on People Experience Management.

Required skills include proven leadership experience, excellent client management, communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, report development, workforce planning, time management, adaptability, and knowledge of safety and operational principles. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods is necessary. A degree in Management or related training is a plus.
