Position: Data Architect with GCP and Postgres

Location: NY

Experience: Relevant experience in data architecture and cloud technologies

Role Summary: Application Architect with a strong background in data management to design and implement effective software application systems with a focus on performance and cost optimization. This role involves setting the strategy and architecture for the application environment and leading data initiatives on GCP with Postgres SQL.

• Proficiency in modern data processing technologies, data modeling, and application development frameworks.
• Programming knowledge, OOP concepts, RDBMS, and experience with data orchestration and pipeline tools.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cache DB.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end frameworks like React, Angular, Node.js.
• Knowledge of security practices and tools (IAM, encryption, firewalls).

• Bachelor's Degree

Expected annual pay ranges from $118,000 to $185,000. The role includes standard benefits such as medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
