Our long-term client is currently looking for a Data Architect to lead their Azure platform and Data.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data and reporting platforms, including data warehouses and data lakes, ensuring data is effectively organized for BI tool consumption.Oversee data resources to ensure they are fulfilling daily responsibilities and project requirements.Ensure robust integration, data, security, and business architecture design throughout all project and system implementations.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, efficient, and sustainable data solutions.Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business enhancement.Establish data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data security protocols to protect sensitive information and ensure regulatory compliance.Monitor data integrity, privacy, and access controls, implementing measures to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate data governance practices and identify areas for improvement.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business operations, and executive leadership, to drive data-driven initiatives and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members on data architecture principles, data analytics tools, and best practices.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in data management and analytics, applying knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
