GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Data and Monitoring Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining databases for all external and internal applications and associated reports; assist with grant applications: assist in the compliance with all Head Start Performance Standards, Ohio Department of Children and Youth rules, and BCESC regulations, policies and procedures. This person will facilitate all data reporting requirements. They will be responsible for submitting USDA claims for reimbursement and assisting in CACFP audits. They will oversee the management of the Child Plus system, Learning Genie, and other database systems associated with the Head Start program. They will provide on-site training, troubleshooting, and guidance related to program reporting and database operations.
