We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Quality Specialist to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of critical data. In this role, you will work closely with pharma datasets, including Specialty Pharmacy (SP) data, IQVIA datasets LAAD, XPO, and SOB. You will be responsible for analyzing these datasets, identifying data issues, collaborating with the relevant teams to resolve them, and ensuring that our data is accurate and reliable. This role is critical in maintaining high-quality datasets to drive informed decision-making across our organization.
Responsibilities
Conduct line-by-line data analysis to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and errors in pharmaceutical datasets. Work extensively with Specialty Pharmacy data, IQVIA datasets LAAD, XPO, and SOB. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to call out issues and escalate data discrepancies. Proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve data quality issues in a timely manner. Establish and maintain data quality standards and implement best practices for ongoing monitoring. Generate data validation reports and present findings to internal teams. Assist in creating documentation for data quality processes and improvements. Qualifications Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Extensive experience in data quality or data analyst roles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Strong familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy (SP) data, particularly LAAD, XPO, and SOB datasets from IQVIA.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
