Duties

• Oversee a small analytics team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data insights and reports.
• Leverage SQL and BI tools to develop and enhance reports
• Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Look at current processes, find gaps, and implement new processes to increase efficiency

Skills

• Python experience a Plus
• Competence in database design and management using Microsoft SQL
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on business analysis
• Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders
• ERP experience a plus
