What your future day will look like:

• Define and execute data strategy, lead the enterprise data and analytics roadmap aligned with business systems, and mentor high-performing team of BI and data analysts.
• Drive Agile analytics delivery by overseeing the spring planning, backlog prioritization and consistent delivery cycles.
• Build scalable data infrastructure managing data integration from systems and develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring secure and compliant architecture.
• Deliver actionable insights creating and refining dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSRS, and Cognos, standardizing KPIs across key metrics.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of management of data teams.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI integration.
• SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Cognos, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Guidewire data models and ETL/integration workflows.
• Azure DevOps experience.
