Act as a subject matter expert to stakeholders by understanding their goals both short and long-term, aligning on key measurable metrics, and delivering actionable insights to influence decision-making. Ability to review, create and execute deep-dive analyses to support HR/ company goals to uncover trends and opportunities. Experience communicating and to use data (Storytelling) to guide and persuade audiences. Able to credibly and compellingly convey ideas and recommendations Assist in the Development and enforcement of data governance policies. Lead and participate in HR data-related projects, including system upgrades and implementations. Support organizational change by translating complex data into clear narratives and enabling adoption of new tools, metrics, and reporting processes.
