Job Title: Data Analyst / Project Coordinator Location: Jersey City, NJ, Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) Pay Rate: Up to $55.56/hr Duration: Up to 1 year (possible extension) About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful professional to support the Wealth Management Operations - Chief Administration Office & Data Analytics team. This role involves a mix of data analysis, operational support, and executive-level coordination, requiring strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Coordination
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up notes.
- Act as a liaison between the CAO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track key deliverables and follow up on action items.
- Assist in creating presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Operational & Analytical Support
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance.
- Support data-driven presentations and strategic materials.
- Assist with project plan development and monitoring.
- Communication & Documentation
- Draft and edit correspondence, communications, and executive summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Coordinate with other EAs and departments to ensure alignment.
- Project Management
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (required).
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years supporting C-level executives (preferably in corporate or financial services).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Stensul, or similar).
- Familiarity with SQL or other querying languages is a plus.
