Summary

This Data Analyst Manager role will lead and mentor a team of data analysts supporting the Customer Loyalty department, leading strategic initiatives using SQL and Tableau. The role is onsite in Lindon, UT, 3-5 days a week, with remote days subject to company policy.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering curiosity, collaboration, and improvement.
• Manage dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau), ensuring actionable insights.
• Drive analytics initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, reduce attrition, and generate significant cost savings or revenue growth.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership across various teams.
• Partner with Directors and VPs, applying a data-driven approach to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Oversee data governance and quality in collaboration with Technology teams.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and resources to deliver impactful analytics solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in analytics, including 1-2 years in leadership or mentorship.
• Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake or equivalent) and experience with Tableau.
• Proven project leadership from start to finish, with measurable outcomes.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills, including executive presentations.
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of coaching analysts and fostering growth.
• Strategic thinking with a consulting mindset.
• Onsite availability in Lindon, UT, at least 3 days/week.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or related; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in business analysis or data analytics, with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and modern data tools.
• Experience supporting customer loyalty or marketing teams with measurable results.
• Preferred experience in retail, e-commerce, hospitality, or subscription services.
• Knowledge of CRM and loyalty platforms is a plus.
