Job Title: Process Improvement Data Analyst
Position Details:
- Work Location: 60 O'Connor Road; Fairport, NY 14450
- Consultant will be required to be onsite 4-5 days/week during the training period and once complete, a hybrid work schedule of 3-4 days onsite & 1-2 days remote.
- Work Schedule/Hours: Full-time, M-F, 8 am-5 pm.
- Interview Process: First Round Phone Screen, Second Round Video or Onsite Interview.
- 12-months contract with possibility of extension based on demand.
Scope of Position:
- Support the Project/Program Management group in driving process improvement initiatives across the organization.
- This Analyst will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making by developing and maintaining metrics, dashboards, and digital workflows.
- The role will focus on enhancing visibility into project performance, resource utilization, and process efficiency through tools like Power BI, Planview, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools, and the ability to collaborate across functions to support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
- Support the migration of project management data and workflows from SharePoint to Planview, ensuring data integrity and usability.
- Assist in the transition of SharePoint 2016 content to a modern SharePoint environment, including workflows, lists, and document libraries.
- • Design and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support the development of Power Apps to digitize forms and enable mobile-friendly data entry and tracking.
- Collaborate with process improvement teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data and automation solutions.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems by developing validation rules and performing regular audits.
- Document processes, create training materials, and support onboarding of team members to new tools and systems.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Stay current with updates and best practices in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Planview, and SharePoint.
Required Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. (preferred). Associate's degree (minimum required) plus relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or project support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience with Planview or similar project portfolio management tools.
- Familiarity with SharePoint administration and workflow migration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
