Data Analyst - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our Charlotte-local client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the data/business intelligence team supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC (on-site 5 days per week)

Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000

What's the Job?

• Analyze structured and semi-structured data to find trends and opportunities

• Create and manage dashboards in Tableau or Power BI

• Present insights with clear business recommendations

• Build and maintain workflows using Alteryx Designer

• Work with cross-functional teams to meet analytical needs

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence

• Skilled in Alteryx Designer, Tableau/Power BI, and SQL

• Clear communicator with ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences
