Our Charlotte-local client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the data/business intelligence team supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC (on-site 5 days per week)
Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000
What's the Job?
Analyze structured and semi-structured data to find trends and opportunities
Create and manage dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
Present insights with clear business recommendations
Build and maintain workflows using Alteryx Designer
Work with cross-functional teams to meet analytical needs
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
2–3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
Skilled in Alteryx Designer, Tableau/Power BI, and SQL
Clear communicator with ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences
