Job Description: Data Analyst/Scientist for Quality department focused on metrics creation, data mining, systemic trend analysis. Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage in an engineering setting. Conducts statistical analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification. Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems. Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as liaison with business. Works with technical developers and data scientists to define business outcomes and govern capabilities. A focus on supply chain design and execution is necessary to mitigate the following: program delays, impaired customer / partner relations, inefficient Company operations, and compromised competitive position. The candidate will work within the defined process to ensure suppliers are meeting the time sensitive goals aligned with system deployment schedule. Assist with status reports for leadership reviews. Basic Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree (STEM) with 5 years of experience Assist in developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with the project manager, suppliers and the internal customer.
