JD: Role: Data Analyst - SDP - St.Louis Location: St. Louis US Contract JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a forward-thinking and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst with a strategic mindset to join our team. This role requires a unique combination of analytical expertise and visionary skills to design and drive the evolution of our reporting and analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will not only produce accurate and impactful reports but also develop and lead reporting roadmaps that align with business objectives and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, KPIs, and reporting needs. Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or any other tool. Develop and maintain a long-term reporting and analytics roadmap, aligning with enterprise strategies and business unit goals. Identify gaps in existing reporting and propose innovative solutions or frameworks for improvement. Lead the standardization and automation of recurring reporting processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. Present data insights and roadmap progress to stakeholders at all levels, including executives. Monitor data quality, integrity, and governance standards across reporting solutions. Stay current with industry best practices and tools in data visualization and reporting strategy. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence. Proven experience developing reporting roadmaps and strategies in a mid-to-large-scale organization. Proficiency with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL). Strong business acumen with the ability to link reporting outcomes to business goals. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills-able to turn data into meaningful narratives for non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in telecom, technology, or similarly complex industries. Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift). Familiarity with Agile methodologies or product development frameworks.
