Data Analyst I - TEKsystems : Job Details

Job Description

The Enterprise Fraud Response Team is a highly collaborative productive and energizing team whose focus is to identify and resolve several types of eCommerce post purchase fraud. In this role you would have the opportunity to apply your talents for data analytics communication critical and logical thinking in order to resolve customer claims on behalf of the organization.

Note:

• This is a non-customer facing role

Position Overview:

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:

• Retrieve and analyze data in relation to fraud investigations

• Reviewing transaction data for potential fraud

• Assist with ongoing investigations

Typical Day in the role:

• 90 percent heads down work on tasks listed above

Skills Overview:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

• Excellent organizational skills detail oriented and analytical

• Developed communication skills both written and verbal

• Minimum six months experience in fraud detection and asset protection preferably in a retail environment

• Self-starter who is comfortable in a Hybrid work environment

• Microsoft Office proficiency Teams Excel

• SQL experience

• CCTV analysis

• Investigation experience

• Detail oriented analytical

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

• Excellent organizational skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.33 - $25.33/hr.
