• Work with multiple data sources to extract and summarize relevant information for the TIME team.
• Translate business needs into operational processes and understand technical requirements.
• Create and combine data sources using SQL and dbt to identify patients and derive insights.
• Evaluate and improve trial-matching processes, including documentation and organization.
• Maintain high-quality standards through rigorous QA to ensure data accuracy.
• Create dashboards with data visualization tools to streamline reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or healthcare-related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Looker or similar visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in an agile team environment.

• Experience with EMR and clinical data.

Salary ranges vary by location: Illinois: $45,000-$65,000; New York: $50,000-$70,000. Actual salary depends on experience and location. Tempus offers comprehensive benefits and is an equal opportunity employer.
