Hybrid 3 days onsite
The key requirements for this role include data analytics, Tableau, knowledge of Alteryx, strong SQL skills, and Python scripting.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a financial or highly regulated environment, especially those familiar with testing controls.
The ideal candidate has a testing background and has transitioned into data analytics, working within quality assurance.
If not coming from a testing background, familiarity with testing, SDLC, Agile, monitoring testing controls, and control processes is required.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using Tableau and Alteryx is essential, along with strong SQL, Power BI, Python, Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, and testing tools like Selenium or HP ALM.
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and monitoring solutions to support QA processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation and reporting needs, and generating dashboards and reports.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with QA team members, developers, and stakeholders to understand monitoring and reporting requirements.Execute, maintain, and enhance Python automation scripts for QA monitoring.Develop and maintain QA data reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Tableau.Monitor performance of Tableau reports and Alteryx workflows, resolving issues promptly.Optimize performance for timely and accurate report delivery.Conduct regular audits of QA data for compliance with standards and policies.Generate ad-hoc reports and analyze data to support decision-making.Manage relationships with clients as assigned.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience with Tableau and Alteryx
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation
- Experience with data blending, preparation, and transformation
- Skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with QA processes, software testing, change control, test planning, and quality management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills:
- Tableau: report/dashboard development, data visualization, performance optimization
- SQL: query writing, data manipulation
- Python: scripting and automation
- Alteryx: workflow development, data preparation, automation
- Experience with tools like Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, SpiraTest, Selenium, HP ALM
- Knowledge of ETL tools and reporting tools such as Tableau
