Role Summary

The D365 Supply Chain Management Solution Architect – Manager will focus on evaluating, designing, customizing, deploying, and optimizing solutions on the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain platform. You will collaborate with various digital teams to deliver solutions aligned with our clients' digital strategies.

As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge complex business problems with innovative technical solutions, guiding technical decisions to meet business outcomes and recommending strategic improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for complex problems and recommend policy changes.
• Establish procedures impacting your work area and broader business functions.
• Apply judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria to achieve results.

Skills and Attributes

Successful candidates will possess:

• Experience in project governance, requirements, vendor selection, risk analysis, testing, and deployment of Dynamics 365 projects.
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
• Expertise in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, data modeling, and solution feasibility analysis.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years in solution architecture or ERP solutions.
• 5+ years in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics AX or 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations and technical architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree emphasis in relevant fields; master's preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB330).
• Leadership and client management experience.
