D/S Debone Packing Line Leader - Perdue Farms : Job Details

To organize and train the associates to meet production demands as directed by supervision, while maintaining an environment of teamwork. The Line Lead will help assure compliance to applicable Food safety, USDA, Quality Assurance, and Plant specific Standards. Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist supervision by monitoring rotating schedules of hourly production associates, while training and enhancing the skills to physically perform the duties of each position within the department. Assist supervision in the selection and retention of all assigned associates by creating and maintaining a positive teamwork environment. Provide to the associates all equipment, tools, and required resources for successful job performance. Assist supervision in maintaining quality standards while meeting the published production and Quality Index goals, by performing all necessary quality checks during production.
