As Director of Child, Youth & Family Services (CYFS) at Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS), you will oversee a dynamic team delivering life-changing supports to children, youth, and families. You will guide program strategy, foster community partnerships, and ensure high-quality services that make hope and healing a reality.

Your Impact
- Lead Programs: Oversee Children's Home & Community-Based Services and School-Based Services, ensuring alignment with best practices and NKHS's mission.
- Drive Collaboration: Partner with schools, the Department of Children and Families, and local agencies for seamless service delivery.
- Expand Access: Direct our Same Day Access intake and referral processes, connecting children and families to the right supports quickly.
- Develop Talent: Mentor and supervise a multidisciplinary team, from school-based clinicians to community support staff.
- Ensure Excellence: Oversee compliance, quality assurance, and program documentation to meet state and funding requirements.
- Shape the Future: Lead program development, pursue funding opportunities, and strengthen community engagement.
- Step In When Needed: Provide direct service and crisis intervention in high-need situations.
What You Bring
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field (licensure preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years leadership experience in children's behavioral health or related services
- Expertise in trauma-informed care, family systems, and evidence-based treatment
- Knowledge of school-based services, special education processes, and IEP/504 development
- Strong skills in program planning, budgeting, and team leadership
