Company Summary: Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire full-time Cybersecurity Engineers to support FAA efforts in Reston / Herndon, VA.

Position Summary: EES is seeking Cybersecurity Engineers at the Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels to support FAA modernization efforts. These roles provide technical guidance on security tool integration, security automation, and incident detection strategies to ensure effective cybersecurity implementation by subcontractors.

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman:
    • Education: BS/BA
    • Experience: 5–7 years
  • Senior:
    • Education: BS/BA
    • Experience: 8–11 years
  • SME:
    • Education: BS/BA
    • Experience: 12+ years
  • Proficiency in integrating cybersecurity tools and platforms
  • Experience with security automation and orchestration
  • Knowledge of incident detection and response strategies
  • Familiarity with FAA cybersecurity requirements and standards
  • Ability to provide technical oversight and guidance to subcontractors
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance protocols
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance on the integration of cybersecurity tools
  • Design and implement security automation strategies
  • Develop and oversee incident detection and response mechanisms
  • Ensure subcontractor implementations meet FAA cybersecurity standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security efforts with modernization goals
  • Support documentation and reporting for compliance and audit readiness
