Job Description:

Join Saab as a Cyber Security Manager and take the lead in overseeing our information assurance activities. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with the Cyber Security Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and International Standards Organization (ISO) standards across our corporate environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures integrating industry best practices.

• Create and manage system security plans, risk assessments, and related documentation.

• Address vulnerabilities detected in security scans by applying necessary patches and guides.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation including Systems Security Plans (SSPs) and Risk Assessment Reports.

• Design and construct security architectures in alignment with DoD/ISO/NIST/CMMC requirements.

• Ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies and manage security requirements for networks and devices.

• Conduct risk assessments and respond promptly to cybersecurity incidents.

• Investigate security alerts and facilitate discussions with government and customer representatives.

• Support internal proposal efforts and manage an effective Information Security Awareness program.

• Oversee security assessments in adherence to NIST and contractual obligations.

• Lead the selection and operation of security infrastructure and tools.

• Manage a team of information/cyber security professionals.

Compensation Range: $146,800-$190,800

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications:

• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate results to various stakeholders.

• Experience in developing secure technical baselines across various technologies.

• Deep understanding of NIST Standards pertaining to information technology and cybersecurity.

• Proven ability to coordinate cybersecurity activities across multiple programs.

• Knowledge in managing data spills and security incidents.

• Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities.

• Current SECRET clearance is required.

Education/Certifications:

• BA/BS in information assurance or related field with 15+ years of experience, or

• MA/MS in information assurance or related field with 13+ years of experience.

Skills & Abilities:

• Advanced Knowledge & Application: Expertise in resolving complex security challenges and developing policies.

• Complexity & Judgment: Able to analyze multifaceted security contexts and make informed strategic decisions.

• Collaboration & Influence: Proven networking abilities with key stakeholders and adapting communication to diverse audiences.

• Independent Judgment & Accountability: Responsible for the implementation of impactful security programs.
