Launch Your Career in Cyber Security Engineering with M2 Talents Roles and Responsibilities: Tenable Product Operation Support for CUCM Troubleshooting (Time & Material basis) 1. Tenable Product Operation - Roles and Responsibilities Job Title: Tenable Product Operations Engineer Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Tenable vulnerability management products (e.g., Tenable.io, Tenable.sc) across the organization's infrastructure. Schedule and monitor vulnerability scans, ensuring successful completion without service disruptions. Analyze scan results, prioritize vulnerabilities, and escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams for patch validation and remediation. Update plugins, scan policies, and asset classifications timely within the Tenable environment. Generate vulnerability and compliance reports for audits and management review. Perform system health checks and resolve operational issues related to Tenable platforms. Document configurations, processes, and operational procedures. Work with Cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and MOM regulations. Assist during security audits or MOM inspections related to IT security. 2. CUCM Troubleshooting (T&M Basis) - Roles and Responsibilities Job Title: Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM) Support Engineer (T&M) Responsibilities: Provide on-site or remote troubleshooting support for CUCM on a T&M basis. Diagnose and resolve issues related to call routing, registration, voicemail, codecs, and device provisioning. Collaborate with customer IT/network teams to resolve voice/video service issues. Perform configuration changes, updates, and backups as needed. Document troubleshooting steps and provide detailed reports per T&M guidelines. Ensure activities comply with Singapore MOM safety and operational standards during on-site support. Adhere to SLAs and response times under T&M agreements. Handover and transfer knowledge to internal teams post-resolution. Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of data and credentials. Advise on best practices for system performance and compliance. Requirements Diploma or Degree in a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B business Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to meet targets Why Join Us?
