Cyber Security Engineer - RCT Systems : Job Details

RCT requires multiple cybersecurity professionals to conduct penetration testing and ethical hacking to assess and exploit risks and vulnerabilities in information systems. The goal is to provide senior decision-makers with actionable data for strategic decisions.

The team specializes in penetration testing to identify and assess risks in enterprise cybersecurity systems. They document risks, test plans, and results, analyze vulnerabilities, and recommend improvements to system documentation. Responsibilities also include performing hands-on testing, presenting findings to management, participating in technical meetings, and briefing leadership on the status of action items.

• Experience in cybersecurity or related IT fields
• Expertise in penetration testing and exploitation techniques
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows, and virtual platforms
• Skills in network security analysis and management tools
• Experience with IT security architecture, risk management, and developing mitigation plans
• Familiarity with enterprise systems, hypervisors, and complex Windows installations

• Involvement in information security groups
• Ability to communicate results to senior executives
• Research and development of security policies
• Ability to perform complex tasks with minimal direction
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
• Global Information Assurance Certification Penetration Tester (GPEN)

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
