About the Role

In this position, you will support our clients by managing cybersecurity operations, addressing threats, and enhancing security measures across on-premises and cloud environments. You will collaborate with a team of experts to deliver tailored security solutions, leveraging your technical skills and consulting experience to make a significant impact on clients' cybersecurity resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SNOW tickets for patching servers.
• Update applications and deploy Zscaler connectors.
• Support cloud infrastructure changes, develop/deploy Terraform templates.
• Automate processes via CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with teams to implement security solutions.
• Monitor project progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
• Stay current with cybersecurity advancements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years' experience or Master's degree with 3+ years' experience in relevant fields.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure, Linux, Windows Server, PowerShell, Python.
• Experience with CI/CD, vulnerability management, and scripting.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in cloud infrastructure support.
• Experience with Terraform, application security, consulting, and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
