Job Description :
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for an Entry Processing sector, ensuring your team complies with DHLs global customer care standards. Drive high performance by ensuring the team meets customer service-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), continuously improving the customer experience. Partner with the local central dispatching team to oversee daily freight movement and manage workflow, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving escalated issues. Provide expertise, critical thinking, and problem-solving support to help grow DHLs market share and support the product and Hub stations. Skills & Requirements:Excellent understanding of U.S. Customs Brokerage, global forwarding, Air and Ocean services, and the overall logistics industry .5 years of experience in a related area of responsibility . years of supervisory experience in a related field.
