This role offers the opportunity to work in a rapidly growing area, focusing on enterprise Salesforce.com implementations across all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy. You will serve as the main client contact to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing project deliverables efficiently
• Managing project completion and maintaining engagement reports
• Tracking resources, budgets, and project statuses
• Participating in client sessions as a team member or lead
• Traveling as needed to meet client demands, maintaining billable hours

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable leading discussions across all levels
• Experience in Salesforce CRM, including end-to-end implementations and integrations
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, APIs, APEX, VisualForce, and related tools
• Ability to lead solution design, identify gaps, and work with developers on customizations
• Strong project management skills, including timelines, risk mitigation, and change management
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and application development
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience with teams of 5 or more
• Salesforce certifications
• Ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; Master's preferred
• Additional certifications and consulting experience
