As a Senior Application Systems Engineer, you will develop and integrate user interfaces for mobile, web, and tablet platforms, utilizing agile methodologies to deliver impactful technological solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute project deliverables efficiently
• Manage project completion and maintain engagement reports
• Track resources, budgets, and project statuses
• Participate in client sessions as a team member or lead
• Travel as required based on client needs, maintaining billable hours

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable leading discussions at all levels
• Experience in Salesforce CRM, including end-to-end implementations and integrations
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, APIs, APEX, VisualForce, and related tools
• Ability to design solutions, identify gaps, and work with developers on customizations
• Strong project management and risk mitigation skills
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, application development, and systems integration
• Relationship building, client trust, and problem-solving abilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant Salesforce experience, with team leadership
• Salesforce certifications
• Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; Master's preferred
• Additional certifications and consulting experience
