Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist - Remote (Mon - Fri 6:30pm - Midnight ET)

Job Details
The Customer Service Coordinator will support PACE clients and their participants in facilities, as well as network pharmacies servicing them.
Responsibilities
- Provide enrollment support for new PACE enrollees.
- Communicate pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies contracted with facilities where CK PACE participants reside.
- Coordinate facility discharges to ensure medication reconciliation and delivery to the participant's home.
- Offer help desk support to network pharmacies.
- Educate PACE staff on CK and network pharmacy processes for facility participants.
- Make outgoing calls to gather or confirm information for customer requests and pharmacy operations.
- Coordinate courier services to ensure timely medication delivery.
- Follow up with participants to confirm receipt of deliveries.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
Skills & Abilities
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with software navigation.
- Patient-centered focus.
- Excellent phone communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of clinical terms and their implications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.

- Schedule: 6:30pm to 12am EST, Monday through Friday.
