What You'll Do:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Access cardholder accounts to provide information regarding transactions and benefits.
- Assist cardholders with inquiries about transactions and account statuses.
- Listen carefully to understand customer needs and provide clear, precise information.
- Process transactions using web-based applications efficiently.
- Stay informed about company and client programs, policies, and technology.
- Communicate empathetically while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
- Support team operations during peak times or staff absences to ensure smooth service delivery.
What We're Looking For:

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience is required.
- Must be able to complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
- Must be able to work onsite in our San Antonio office.
