If that sounds like you, you could become our new full-time Customer Support Specialist - Dispatcher! Ready for a Role Where Every Day is Different? You will work Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with participation in the on call rotation (including evenings, weekends, holidays). When you join our office, you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily schedules and strategically dispatching field techs to jobs
- Providing empathetic customer service over the phone and through email
- Communicating with internal and external customers
- Overseeing projects from beginning to end within your assigned territory
- Reviewing administrative documents, verifying information, and gathering missing info
- Quickly responding to new leads, questions, and requests for information (ROIs)
- Handling administrative duties as needed
This isn't a standard call center position. You'll need to be able to schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, and empathetically respond to upset and stressed-out people. - Computer proficiency with the ability to quickly switch between multiple office systems

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills
