**Description**

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Contact customer to verify information or answercustomer inquiries via phone, fax, and email

* Open and maintain customer cases in the CRM application

* Perform all functions in the ERP system for service requests which can include opening a request, updating end user, adding new accounts, billing, and shipping requests

* Provide customers and channel partners with order status, lead time, pricing, quotes, discount information, and quotations

* Obtain customer approvals for all work to be performed, provide status updates during the process, and report any issues to the customer

* Work closely with internal team members to create and process customers Service requests which includes acting as the liaison for SNC, notifying Technicians of the work, complete the order, and organizing shipping of the product back to the customer

* Ship and receive products into proper locations as well as ensure accuracy in the ERP and CRMS systems

* Develop NCMR documentation for all RMA products and organize the SVCQI reviews

* Provide data for the Quality Assurance meetings

* Assist with data collection and requests from Quality and Regulatory departments

* Provide training to other staff members as needed
