#x 9; Serve as the primary point of contact for Medicare members, providers, pharmacies, and other insurance carriers. Assist with claim and prescription-related issues via phone and email. Clearly explain benefits and resolve inquiries with patience and care. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all member interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve complex cases. Follow up consistently to ensure issues are fully resolved. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and complete all required training. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a healthcare or insurance environment. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Part D, and general insurance terminology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and pay close attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
