Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve complex cases. Follow up consistently to ensure issues are fully resolved. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and complete all required training. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a healthcare or insurance environment. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Part D, and general insurance terminology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
