This is a hybrid position: Mon/Fri work-from-home except when business needs dictate in-office work (in-person meetings); Tues/Wed/Thurs in-office.

What's A Typical Day As A Customer Support Representative? You'll Be:

Interacting with customers in a helpful and friendly manner, developing and maintaining relationships for high-profile accounts in North America, including Canada and Mexico. Communicating with various functions across the business, including Marketing, Sales, and Logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery. Managing customer orders throughout the entire fulfillment process, including expediting, returns, back-order monitoring, and resolving any issues impacting customer satisfaction.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You:

Have 2-5 years of customer care experience, with a preference for candidates from the chemical or manufacturing industry. Recent college graduates will also be considered. Possess SAP transactional experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Hold a degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Logistics, or have relevant work experience in customer care or supply chain.
