Job Description

A client in Irvine, Ca is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This person will be doing whtie glove customer service, calling on franchises and owners ensuring the software delployments/rollouts were sucessful. You will be calling franchisees and owners pre roll-out as well to ensure they were able to review training documents guides and are prepared for the roll out. This will be onsite 2days/week in Irvine.

Compensation:

$20/hr to $23/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
