Position: Customer Support AssistantA Customer Support Assistant is the frontline representative of our company, responsible for delivering a high-quality support experience to clients and customers. This role involves answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt, professional, and friendly service.
ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern and offering effective solutions
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve overall experience
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Assist in the development of customer service procedures and documentation
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or support roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software
