A Customer Support Assistant is the frontline representative of our company, responsible for delivering a high-quality support experience to clients and customers. This role involves answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt, professional, and friendly service.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern and offering effective solutions

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
