Customer Supply & Logistics Manager Location: Central Wisconsin Area Pay: Based on experience Schedule: Full-time | On-site | Day Shift ABR Employment Services is hiring on behalf of a well-established food manufacturer for a Customer Supply & Logistics Manager. This role is a key contributor to ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by managing end-to-end supply chain processes, from order fulfillment to logistics execution. We're looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven professional to lead the interface between customer demand, production planning, and logistics.   • Oversee forecasting, order fulfillment, allocation execution, and customer program management.
  • Serve as the main contact for customers regarding delivery schedules, product availability, and supply chain-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with planning, sales, and production teams to align inventory with demand while minimizing waste and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Monitor and improve logistics KPIs including OTIF (On-Time In-Full), order cycle time, and logistics cost per unit.
  • Utilize ERP systems (including QT9) for job creation, production reporting, and BOM maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, FDA, BRC, and SQF standards.
  • Drive supply chain digitalization and automation efforts for continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP and logistics platforms; proficiency in QT9 is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
  • Deep knowledge of inventory control, production planning, and customer service metrics.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
