Overview

Customer Success Manager (Outside Sales) at Davidoff of Geneva USA, part of the Oettinger Davidoff Group. Davidoff of Geneva USA is a leading luxury tobacco products company, representing world-renowned brands and offering a dynamic and supportive workforce. Under the general direction of the Team Success Manager, perform a wide variety of duties to develop and manage a geographic sales territory by calling on existing accounts and adding new accounts based on need within the local market.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the sales plan and objectives set forth by the company to maximize proper allocation of sales efforts.
  • Present new product lines, promotions, and programs to retailers and wholesalers and review line items not carried in stores.
  • Advise and help with merchandising objectives to obtain optimal product exposure and build on new and existing in-store line items. Display point of sale material when available to insure proper brand identification.
  • Review and follow-up with retailer concerns and establish a positive business working relationship. Maintain ongoing attention to sales data and detail.
  • Develop strong customer relationships using fact-based selling techniques and other company-prescribed methods.
  • Prepare and implement Key Account Plans for all Appointed Merchants within the territory, coordinating with the Team Success Manager on identified accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to ensure programs and promotions run smoothly.
  • Present formal Business Reviews with all accounts and develop ways to increase business and adjust planning as necessary.
  • Maintain proper coverage and frequency of sales visits to all accounts in the prescribed area. Seek out new business opportunities and be flexible to assist in other areas when needed.
  • Continually review sales quotas versus actuals and communicate ideas to improve overall sales.
  • Manage time effectively to achieve maximum sales effort, including detail days, PTO days, phone usage, travel time, and retail time.
  • Monitor proper usage of company funds, expense accounts, and company property (e.g., devices, samples, and materials).
  • Maximize the usage of the customer CRM/Mobile Sales Solution and maintain data integrity.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university is desirable; 5-6 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
