Customer Success Manager (Kansas City, MO - Remote)

Responsibilities
  • Partner on onboarding for key clients, ensuring a seamless transition and strong initial engagement through structured 30/60/90-day plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver tailored onboarding experiences and training.
  • Develop client profiles and engagement strategies that align with business goals and service preferences.
  • Facilitate internal team collaboration and readiness through client-specific training and client documentation, such as CRM updates, deal tracking, client portfolio documentation, etc.
  • Drive early relationship-building efforts and identify opportunities for long-term client success and growth.
  • Support technology platforms (Littler CaseSmart, Littler OnDemand, Edge, etc.) implementation efforts.
  • Monitor technology platforms adoption rates and work directly with clients to apply best practices to ensure anticipated adoption is achieved.
  • Track technology platforms client engagements and partner with the Client Originating Attorneys (COAs) and other program leaders to renew and grow contracts profitability.
  • Analyze client and COA satisfaction surveys and manage the post-survey process, identifying and tracking action items that will lead to increased levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on an annual communications strategy to ensure clients who have adopted Littlers innovative solutions understand the full value of the offerings on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in Microsoft Dynamics to support proactive client management, performance tracking, and regular reporting.
  • Regularly report progress against annual goals to Marketing & Business Development leadership team.
Qualifications
  • Communication: Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate to firm clients, internal clients, partners, and leadership.
  • Business Development Strategy: Demonstrated ability to execute business development strategy via the development and implementation of key initiatives.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to incorporate and leverage financial metrics and concepts into effective business development/sales operations.
  • Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the professional services industry with an emphasis on the dynamics of internal and external sales channels.
  • Matrixed Resource Management: Demonstrated ability to achieve key business results with resources who are primarily not your own direct reports. Demonstrated ability to execute key business development/sales initiatives via influence and direction of dotted-line resources.
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelors degree required
Experience Required
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience
