What You'll Do
  • Lead onboarding processes for new healthcare clients in the U.S. market.
  • Provide product training and ensure a smooth implementation of our AI-powered platform.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and act as their trusted advisor.
  • Monitor product adoption and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and R&D teams to share customer feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Support customers with troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of issues.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles — preferably in SaaS or Digital Health.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (native or near-native level).
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and explain complex products.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based customers — a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI or NLP-based products — a plus.
