Client Success Manager – Printing

A growing company in the printing industry is seeking a Client Success Manager to lead customer service and sales support teams while driving client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for key accounts, building relationships, solving challenges, and ensuring seamless delivery of services. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Quality to deliver client-focused solutions and strengthen business outcomes.

We're looking for someone who is both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor. You'll mentor and guide the client success team while also managing accounts directly, developing new opportunities, and expanding existing business.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of customer service or account management experience in printing or packaging industry (preferred).
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex client needs
  • Proven track record of building and growing client relationships
  • Salesforce & ERP systems such as SAP or JDE is a plus.
