Job Description / Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Manager at Parsable, one of CAI Software's product offerings, you play a vital role in ensuring our customers' success, satisfaction, and renewal. You will take ownership of a portfolio of 25-40 Fortune 1000 customers, helping them maximize the value of our platform and achieve their objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
Ownership of Customer Renewals: Drive GRR and NRR to meet and exceed company goals.Executive Business Reviews: Create and deliver EBRs to leadership at various levels to promote adoption and growth.Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with customer contacts, serving as their primary point of contact. Maintain 10-20 contacts engaged quarterly.Benchmark Development: Create benchmarks and standards to assess customer health.Collaboration for Adoption and Education: Work with internal teams to address customer issues, ensure onboarding success, and promote platform adoption.Customized Success Plan: Develop and implement success plans tailored to each customer's goals.Collaboration for Growth: Work with Sales, BDR, and Marketing teams to identify expansion opportunities.Travel: Willingness to travel, including internationally, for customer or industry events.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholder levels.
- Experience in a customer-facing role focusing on renewals and adoption.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and empathy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency with tools like Hubspot.
