  • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Plan, execute, and support the delivery of IoMT cyber defense products to customers
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for existing customers, ensuring their technical health
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top customers, enhancing their loyalty
  • Gather customer feedback to represent their voice within the organization for product improvement
  • Collaborate effectively with the Customer Success team and other departments to meet customer needs
  • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 3-5 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, specifically in medical device security
  • Strong networking knowledge and ability to analyze network traffic
  • Familiarity with database maintenance (MySQL and Postgres) is an advantage
  • Project management experience and skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to learn quickly
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer engagements
