Plan, execute, and support the delivery of IoMT cyber defense products to customers Serve as the primary technical contact for existing customers, ensuring their technical health Build and maintain strong relationships with top customers, enhancing their loyalty Gather customer feedback to represent their voice within the organization for product improvement Collaborate effectively with the Customer Success team and other departments to meet customer needs What is Required (Qualifications):
3-5 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, specifically in medical device security Strong networking knowledge and ability to analyze network traffic Familiarity with database maintenance (MySQL and Postgres) is an advantage Project management experience and skills Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
