Customer Success Manager - Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

Western part of the US (preferably in the Pacific or Mountain time zone)

Are you ready to be part of the Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) revolution? This Customer Success Manager position will enable communities to design, build, operate, and maintain their assets and infrastructure through GIS-centric solutions.

• Own the relationship with utilities and local government customers to ensure retention, contract renewal, and drive value and expansion.
• Provide technical support through demos, webinars, emails, calls, and on-site visits.
• Increase platform usage and customer satisfaction.
• Establish strategic relationships with local government clients.
• Help clients achieve their goals and overall vision.
• Manage escalations to Trimble teams.
• Maintain core product knowledge in Cityworks, Trimble Utilities, and Pavement Express.
• Travel approximately 30-40%.

• BS/BA in business management, GIS, geography, or related field.
• Knowledge of local or county government operations.
• Understanding of Community Development, Public Works, Utilities in municipal or utility districts.
• Experience with Cityworks, Salesforce CRM, and Esri GIS.
• Prior customer or account management experience.
• Ability to interact effectively at various technical levels.

The Local Government Division provides enterprise asset management (EAM) and pavement management software for utilities and local governments, addressing challenges in maintaining aging infrastructure.

Cityworks is a GIS-centric enterprise management tool integrated with Esri's ArcGIS and other platforms, supporting permits, licenses, service requests, work orders, and inspections.
