Customer Success Manager - Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

Western part of the US (preferably in the Pacific or Mountain time zone)

Are you ready to be a part of the Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) revolution? This Customer Success Manager position will help enable communities to design, build, operate, and maintain their assets and infrastructure through GIS-centric solutions.

• Own the relationship with utilities and local government customers to ensure customer retention, contract renewal, drive value and expansion.
• Provide technical support like software demos, webinars, emails, calls, customer visits, and conference staffing.
• Increase customer platform usage and adoption.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with local government clients to drive strategic value.
• Help customers set and achieve critical goals and KPIs.
• Manage escalations to Trimble teams.
• Maintain core product knowledge in Cityworks, Trimble Utilities software, and Pavement Express.
• Travel approximately 30-40%.

• BS/BA in business management, GIS, geography, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of local or county government.
• Knowledge of Community Development, Public Works, and Utilities in municipal or utility districts.
• Knowledge of Cityworks, Salesforce CRM, and Esri GIS.
• Experience in customer/account management.
• Ability to interact with customer teams at various levels of technical proficiency.

The Local Government Division within the Owner & Public Sector provides enterprise asset management (EAM) and pavement management software for utilities and local governments. Cityworks is a GIS-centric enterprise management tool integrated with Esri's ArcGIS, supporting permits, work orders, inspections, and more.
