Smartly has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Success Lead to join our growing team! Your role will be to lead and manage the Customer Success team based in New York, London, and Berlin and own the existing agency revenue across NorAm and EMEA.
Leading a team of Customer Success Managers and reporting to the Head of Customer Success - Entertainment, Media & Sports you will be responsible for retaining, nurturing, and growing our existing customers across North America and EMEA. You will partner closely with our Enterprise Sales team and Onboarding team to onboard new agency customers and expand Smartly.io's footprint within strategic enterprise agencies globally by building upon a strong foundation of value. As such, understanding how both agencies and the platforms work is a must.
As a Customer Success Lead at Smartly, you will...The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual's background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary.
