Customer Support Specialist - Waxahachie TX

Waxahachie, TX /Full-time /Sales Department/Exempt

Reports to: National Customer Support Manager

NAVCO, an employee-owned leader in security integration, is seeking a Customer Success & Contracts Specialist to manage our top-tier Gold Accounts. In this role, you'll support our Sales Reps and ensure the seamless processing of customer contracts and account management.

What You'll Do:

  • Create & Manage Contracts: Generate and process customer contracts using the Sales Hub quoting system, including converting proposals to final contracts.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate customer information and track contract details through internal systems.
  • Client Liaison: Work directly with clients to resolve billing inquiries, assist with contract changes, and confirm account details.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Interface with Sales, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of contracts and orders.
  • Contract Paperwork: Review, prepare, and send signed contracts to Order Entry for installation.
  • CAD Drawings: Interpret and read CAD drawings for project specifications (preferred).
  • Documentation: Keep customer files and account trackers updated to ensure easy access to all relevant information.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in customer service or account management, preferably in a technical or service-based field or associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent experience in related fields.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and keep detailed records.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Smartsheet, and other office software.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy and ability to spot issues before they arise.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with CCTV, Alarm, and Access Control systems is a plus.
  • CAD Experience (preferred): Ability to read and understand CAD drawings.
