Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Customer Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business and technical needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of scalable and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture and design of end-to-end solutions.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translate into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Guide development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Assess and recommend suitable technologies and tools.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Create and maintain architectural documentation.
  • Ensure solutions meet quality and performance standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
    • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
    • Deep understanding of system architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and enterprise integration.
    • Strong programming and development skills.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Leadership and mentoring experience.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with Agile or DevOps.
    • Telecom and IT industry background.
    • Certifications like TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect preferred.
